Long Game Advisory Group is preparing to launch the Long Game Leadership Institute, an education-focused platform dedicated to strengthening leadership and governance capacity within Tribal and public-sector institutions. Initially, the Institute will focus on structured learning and leadership development. Over time, it may evolve into a peer leadership network comprised of Tribal enterprise leaders and graduates of the Institute. Planned areas of focus include: Leadership development programs and cohorts Governance and board education Executive mentoring and coaching Leadership transition and succession planning Forums for shared learning and peer exchange The Leadership Institute is envisioned as a long-term investment in people and institutions — supporting leaders who are prepared to steward organizations through complexity, change, and responsibility over time.
