The Long Game of Leadership: What Endures Is Now Available

Today marks an important milestone in the journey of Long Game Advisory Group.

After many months of writing, editing, reflection, and collaboration, I am pleased to share that my first book, The Long Game of Leadership: What Endures, is now available through Amazon.

This book represents more than the publication of a manuscript. It reflects a lifetime of lessons learned through leadership in Tribal government, business, economic development, public service, healthcare governance, and construction. Along the way, I have been fortunate to work with exceptional leaders who demonstrated that lasting leadership is measured not by authority or personal achievement, but by the strength of the institutions and people we leave behind.

At Long Game Advisory Group, we believe every organization is borrowed from the next generation. That belief has become the foundation of our work with leaders across Tribal, public, private, and nonprofit organizations.

The book explores many of the same principles that guide our advisory services, keynote presentations, leadership development programs, and governance work:

• Stewardship over authority.

• Trust as the foundation of organizational success.

• Communication as leadership infrastructure.

• Developing leaders who will one day replace us.

• Making decisions that strengthen institutions for generations to come.

My hope is that readers will find practical ideas they can apply within their own organizations while also discovering a different way to think about leadership—not simply as the pursuit of results, but as a responsibility to those who follow.
